Red Ribbon Week is Almost Here!

Red Ribbon Week will be celebrated October 26-October 30. At James C. Bush Elementary School, we will be celebrating with the themes listed below. Please encourage and assist your children in participating. Students will be given a drug free pledge to sign, which will be sent home with your child. Please go over this with your students and talk about the importance of being drug free and making positive choices. Students will be given a red ribbon and a bracelet, which should be worn the entire week. Thank you so much for your support.

Monday:  I Pledge To Be Drug Free
Students will sign the Drug Free Pledge which will be given out in class and sent home with students
Students should wear red to school that day.

Tuesday:  Team Up Against Drugs
Students should wear their favorite sports team clothes.

Wednesday:  I'm Too BRIGHT To Do Drugs
Students should wear bright colors to school.

Thursday:  I MUSTACHE You Not To Do Drugs
Students will wear a mustache and can wear mustache themed clothes.

Friday: Say BOO To Drugs
Students will bring their Halloween costumes and wear them at the Halloween parties.
